OoC: I shall be posting my intro now:D Hope yall like them!
BiC: Back in the days when people believe in drangons and witchcraft, people believed in kings and queens. The towns men wore clothes that were raggid and torn while Kings and their families celebrated their rich forturnes to which they had. All but one kingdom. This kingdom was unlike anyother. For this kingdom helped those in need and did not treat their towns men and families like dirt. This is how the story goes for now...
A young princess who looked around the age of twenty one stood outside on the castle's balcony watching the sunset. Waiting for the wonderful masquerade ball to start. Well, her mother considered it wonderful. She didn't though, this young lady thought of the masquerade ballls her mother and father as a way to find her one to which she would spend her time with some prince or highness to talk with. Her parents thought that she day dreamed oh so much. To the point of where she talked about things that weren't real.
Her parents started to get concerned for their daughter for she was their only child. they thought she had gone mental and believed in things that weren't there. They would origanally just play along with her imaginations and let them run off with her. They eventually got her books to read and let her run with her imagination in the books.
As this young princess watched the sun set, she listened to the musicains start getting ready for the ball. They started to warm up their instruments playing scale and chords. As she watched this beautiful sunset she wandered off into her dreamworld. There she also watched the sun set. She watched as the sun painted the sky a gold color with a dark blue overpowering the lighter blue that represented the morning and afternoon portion of the day. Now as the sun had set the clouds had a purpleish pink color with himts of orange in them.
When the sun had finished and the stars started to one by one appear partially lighting the sky as much as they could untill the moon arose. When the moon rose it took its sweet time showing of it's perfect circle shape and it's bright white mooon light. Occationally while the princess was out the moon got covered by the clouds to which where out.
She heard her mother call her in the ballroom. She shook her head as she examined her dress. It looked very decent and formal enough for a big wedding. Though her dress was not white. It was a rich dark black color. Her dress reached the floor and completely covered her feet. It was not thick like most of the young ladies had these days. It only consisted of three layers of fabric. The young ladies with the puffed out dresses almost always had seven or eight layers of fabric. Around this dress near the waste area was a simple deep red ribbon tightly tied in the back also reaching the floor. She would almost always stick out in a ball because she hated the brightness of the other colors.
As this young lady turned to the ballroom her black mask showed. It covered her eyes and revealed two deep dark blue eye colors. Near the eyes was a small silver star. Her brown curled hiar was pulled back into a tight bun with curls randomly hanging down in some spots. Ontop of her head was a small silver tiarra that matched her whole attire.
Once again her mother called her. thsi time she retreated into the castle. She looked around as the man at the door nodded and opened the ballroom doors. One by one guests of all sort came up and bowed, or curtsied, to the king and queen. She watched them as she had perfect posture. She let out a soft sigh and kept her eyes on the guests. "And so this masquerade begins." She said o herself as she curtsied to a few guests. She continued to watch the ballroom with excitement in her eyes. She also had quite a bit of curiousity in them too.

Kiriu entered quietly, taking a moment to get a good veiw of the royal family. His curiosity was great indeed, and he took every chance to learn about this place he had been sent. Who were they, what kind of customs did they have, and every other thing. He leaned against the wall, trying to remember vaugely why he was here. He remembered that he was supposed to learn about the customs, but he personaly wanted to come here for some reason... He sighed. He was here now, so might as well enjoy it, right? And he did enjoy it. He wore a black cloth mask, as well as fine tailored red silks, which made him feel very close to one of the old day heroes he read so avidly about. He smiled, blue eyes taking in every inch of the room, feeling very much a part of the world...

The young princess looked around as she let out a soft sigh. Her mind casually drifting off into her own world. There she could do what she wanted with no one but her and who she wanted. She let out a soft sigh as she searched the room of the guests. She wanted to go outside and feel the breeze as she had before the ball started but her mother said she couldn't. ~Mothers are so incomaptible~ She thought to herself as she took out a small book and started to read it. She was surpised that her mother didn't notice but she continud to read it.

Tenoch sighed. Just a few minutes in, his curiosity waned. These people were interesting enough at times, but most of them were just... boring. He wondered if they were as bored as he felt. Casting a quick glance around, he noticed someone of importance, reading a book. Apparently so... He grinned, wondering inwardly why this person in particular was so outwardly bored, and why they were here in the first place, anyways...

She looked up every now and then from her book and then looked back at it. She found this small book rather interesting instead of all the other books to which she had read before. This bookwas different from all the other books she read. Not just in size but in topic. Most of her books were of nights rescuing damsils in distress and all the other heroic things. This book was way different. It was more along the lines of death and illness. Though she did not know why she was so interested in it. It was as if this small black book had a curse upon whoever touches it.

(Just what are you insinuating?)
Tenoch decided just then that he wasn't going to do much good here, and resolved to do... something else. Anything. This was getting much too boring. And nothing was happening! He had thought that there would be something going on, but everyone seemed to just be waiting around...

Another masquerade. What fun. Elysian was a princess from a neighboring village and unlike the other two, loved Masquerades, and most balls for that matter. A masquerade allowed you to hide within the confines of another. To be someone/something you were not, and no one could tell you otherwise. After all, it was the basic idea behind the ball. She couldn't even remember if her mother had asked her to go, or if she had asked to go. Whatever the case, she was nearly there, and could see the few people filing in from where her carriage was. Upon reaching the palace steps Elysian stepped out of the carriage with the help of a servant, and proceeded to the palace doors. The young woman was about 20 and clad in bodice gown that only slightly 'poofed' at the hips. It was of a dark emerald colour and complimented her deep green eyes. Attached to the back were transparent glimmering wings that came no further than half an inch from her shoulders in length. They were part of the butterfly costume she was adorned in. Around her slender pale face was a black mask flecked with spots of green, and shaped around her eyes and the top of her nose, but covering no parts of her mouth or lower jar. Her eyes seemed to sparkle within the holes of the mask, looking about the room with a vibrance few others had. The top of the mask had small antennae with little gold bulbs at the tip. They hung forward ever so slightly, but tainted her vision naught. Her raven black hair was done up in a half curly bun, and the rest of her curly locks cascaded down her shoulders and back. Contrary to most maidens, Elysian wore no gloves and revealed her slender pale hands, her fingers adorned with long white nails. The sleeves of her dress came to a point at the top of her middle knuckle, and held no ;poof' to the shoulders as most dresses. A smile spread across her pink lips as she heard the band begin to play and noticed the silly bored beings.
Feeling rather brave, her white teeth sparkled in the light as she slowly walked over to the man clad in red and gave a curtsy. Her green optics attempting to lock on his blue ones. She remained in a slight bow as she awaited his response. Hoping he was not so bored as to reject her request.
