Pharren's culture of eating was very similar so there was no surprises really. She watched M'yin-de for a moment then looked to Gts-paik and Nihkou'te. She watched them as well then looked to the floor, which was far from her body though she noticed that M'yin-de's feet touched the floor.

"Help yourself to anything you like, before those gluttons eat it all." M'yin-de said, glancing at the other Yautja. One gazed at her balefully. It was Meh'ket. "Watch youself, Meh'ket. Or you'll feel my fist again." she warned. Glares were a challenge or an insult. Turning back to Pharren, she said, "We are almost there. If you eat quickly, I'll take you up with Thwei-Tjau'ke so you can see him dock the ship. No rush, if you don't want to, though." Thwei-Tjau'ke was absent from the kitchen area. He'd woken up earlier to make sure everything was alright before docking with the great clan ship. Unlike many other pilots, he always took every precaution.

Pharren watched her then when Meh'ket looked over to them she watched him for a while then nodded. "Thank you." She murmured then took a naxa fruit and bit into it gratefully. She wondered what the clan ship would be like, and if even families of Yautja would be there. Pharren thought M'yin-de was a wonderful parent figure. It was obvious she loved all her family, and even cared for Nihkou'te, though did not show it much. Pharren now considered herself lucky. Lucky that out of all the Yautja that could have found her wandering the streets of the ooman world...that it was M'yin-de.

M'yin-de took her cup of tea, hooked her upper mandibles over the rim, supported the bottom with her lower mandibles and tipped it back, draining the cup. She waited patiently for Pharren to finish eating, then the two went up to the front of the ship where Thwei-Tjau'ke was guiding the ship in. Looming above them was the great clan ship, orange lights glimmering faintly through windows against the glittering darkness of space. A bright door opened up in the side, looking tiny compared to the rest of the ship. That was where he steered the ship. Carefully, he brought it down over two rails just inside with barely a thump. They brought it in the rest of the way. Thwei-Tjau'ke remained silent through the whole thing, with just the occasional click of a mandible as he concentrated. The engines of the ship shut off, their barely audible hum suddenly leaving it much quieter. He nodded to himself absently, then limped out of the room to gather his stuff. M'yin-de and Pharren followed. "Do you have any questions?" M'yin-de asked Pharren as she packed her armor into her trunk and hung her weapons from her belt or slung them over her shoulder.

Pharren watched her for a long time, still overwhelmed that she was entering a ship so large. She shook her head out of her original thoughts and looked straight at M'yin-de. "Y-yes." She stammered. "Are their whole families on this ship?" She asked eagerly. She had to admit, she was longing for the company of other children...though they may still tower over her. Then Pharren considered the options of other children. Maybe it would be safer with M'yin-de and her family. The other children might not like her too much.

"Of course! There are many families. Some Yautja almost never set foot on the Homeworld. Most of us are born and raised in space." She smirked. "Though few of us actually die quietly on our ships. Do you want playmates? Some of the children will not be kind to you, I will not lie about that, but that is the same with children everywhere. Pity all of my own are nearly grown. They are all Youngbloods and in training. I bet that you will be able to run circles around them that bother you." They exited the ship, walking down a ramp to the cool metal floor of the hanger. Once inside, M'yin-de made a soft purring noise as the heat of the ship enveloped them after the cold ship hanger. The walls of the corridor were covered in the same abstract carvings and lit with the same orange light, though there was one key difference; ornate tapestries were hung every few dozen feet, depicting Kainde Amedha and various other alien beasts in their natural habitat or in fierce combat with the Yautja.

Pharren stared, amazed at the tapestries then looked at M'yin-de and nodded. "Yes." She said again. She clasped her hands in front of her as she walked. "I guess I long for more company...but I still like your friendship, M'yin-de." She said, not to be of offense to the female Yautja.

"You'll have plenty of company here. After all, this ship is a mobile city." A moment passed before M'yin-de added, "I am honored by your friendship, Phar'ren." Soon, they reached M'yin-de's quarters. They entered through her work rooms before entering the living quarters. M'yin-de dropped her trunk in her armory and carefully hung her weapons up. She had several spares of every type. Then she walked into the main room. It was lushly decorated with interesting items she had collected over the years, such as furs, stones and exotic wood, sometimes carved, sometimes left in the natural state. The younger warriors rooms were not so heavily decorated since they had not had as much time to find everything. The trophy case dominated on entire wall, filled with the skulls of fierce beasts. "I will get an eta to bring you a bed. Any preferances? I can put it in my spare room for you." She walked over to an intercom and waited, claw poised on a button.

Pharren blinked. "Well...I usually sleep on the floor with a mat or something." She murmured. She figured M'yin-de would tell her something like "Sleeping on the floor is for slaves" or something but she just waited to see if it was possible to bring in a sleeping mat. She cracked her neck. Being curled up for days really did more damage than it seemed. She was a little irritable but Pharren's patient demeanor was her facade. She supposed that since in the Wehine's history, they evolved to have long necks yet tiny bodies and small bones so it was more comfortable to sleep on a hard surface on their back, with maybe a prop for the neck.

She shrugged. "Suit yourself." Pressing the button, she barked out an order. Soon a somewhat skinny Yautja hurried in carrying the mat. He placed it the spare room and bowed deeply to M'yin-de and Pharren, backing out of the room with his eyes and head lowered. "Do you want any blankets or furs? Pillows?" she asked. "If you need anything, just tell me and you will have it. I do not treat my guests and friends badly."

Pharren had kept her eyes on the skinny eta for a while then when he left she looked back to M'yin-de and shook her head. "No, no. This is fine." She said. She was not used to have so much attention and luxery right at the press of a button. Slavery was outlawed on Ixra-weh due to a war many years ago with prisoners taken from other planets without permission. Wehines were very peaceful now. They did not go to war without very good reasons.

M'yin-de ambled around her home, straightening things and re-arranging them in a more pleasing way, when she noticed Pharren was quieter than usual. "Did the eta bother you?" she asked, tilting her head to the side. "Don't feel sorry for him. That one killed one of his fellow hunters because of a dispute over the ownership of a kill. He was cowardly and did not end his own life or allow the Arbitrators to end it for him. He chose slavery rather than death and now is being punished for his crime for the rest of his life. All of our etas are inferior Yautja that would die if they tried to live the normal life of a hunter or criminals or those who have been terribly wounded and have no other way to contribute to our society." M'yin-de sighed and rubbed the scar on her brow, seeing how uncomfortable she was. "I will not bring them in here again if it bothers you that much. I am kinder to the slaves than most I know. Now, I will show you my work rooms and some of the things I have crafted."

Pharren listened to her then shook her head. "N-no. They did not bother me." She murmured. Really, the eta did. She just thought it wasn't fair to put someone into slavery..maybe for what that eta did but not for getting wounded. Pharren looked up at M'yin-de. "Okay." She murmured and followed M'yin-de to her work rooms.

Finished and half-finished armor was displayed about the room, showing various styles. On a large work table strewn with small tools and spools of wire was what appeared to be a fishing net. When the Elder picked it up, it was revealed to be a partially repaired netting suit. M'yin-de growled. "I forgot about this. I have to finish it soon. The fool who I'm fixing this for should learn to be a little more careful with his awu'asa. I'm always repairing his things. He owes me a lot of work. The work of a craftsman is never ending." The Yautja did not use money. They traded valuable trophies, work and exotic items for services, weapons, armor and similar. M'yin-de said, "My work rooms are adjoined to Thwei-Tjau'ke's because much of our work is shared. He does some of the finer weapons and all of the electronics. I do the larger weapons since he finds it difficult with his scars." continuing, "I'll finish the repairs later. I think it would be better for you to learn your way around some of the ship. I'll show you the gardens today." Leaning down with a grin, she said conspiratorially, "I can almost garantee that there will be some other children up there."

Pharren smiled at her. "Thank you." She said. She followed M'yin-de out of the work room and to another part of the ship. She was obviously still amazed at how huge it was. She was always craning her neck to look over in a particularly high spot and staring at many works of art, armor, and weapons.
