I saw this movie on my sick day, Tuesday, and was impressed.
I went into the movie expecting one of those cookie cutter films that isn't quite sure what genre it is. You know, Hide and Seek, Dark Water, Boogeyman, Skeleton Key, and the list goes on, and on, and on. At best I thought it would be a slasher.
However, it was actually a stylish sort of suspense movie, and was quite well done. There was a lot less gore than I had anticipated, and this made me happy. There was some gore, but they used it sparingly.
I'm too tired to write a summary right now, but maybe I'll do that soon.

Cool... Not so big on horro/suspense, as I get bored with any level of gore pretty fast.
Hmm...
So, did you see saw? Yeah, I saw saw. Did you see? Yes. I see we both saw saw. I see.

Actually, Saw is supposed to be as in like, cutty power vwoom vwoom saw. On the DVD label there's a circular saw blade and a severed foot. It's weird though, because the only Saw is the one the guy uses to cut his own foot off with, and it plays a fairly minor role.

OH NO! It's the... Cutty power vwoom vwoom saw! =P
But like I said, I'm not much into that genere anyways, and (Obviously enough) Didn't see it. I saw the trailer and the back of the package, and they sounded reasonable enough... Who's the main character, anyways? I heard the guy/thing causing the trouble is named saw...

No, the main bad guy was called JIGsaw. As for the main character, well I guess the two guys that the movie sort of focuses on are them. The doctor guy and the photographer. They were both developed just as much.
