So yeah, I got an iPod a couple of weeks ago and I must say that it is teh nuts.
It's a 30GB white iPod Video with all the bells and whistles. Oh wait, I'll get a picture, because I've got mad skills. Hold on.
Oh yes. Look at that beastly machine.
So it's working pretty well. I've got about 10 gigs of movies, including the entire Star Wars saga, every episode of Family Guy (as well as the movie) and Kill Bill parts 1 and 2. I also have about 12 gigs of music, which is my entire music library, as well as about half of my cousin's. Woo.
So yeah, mostly I'm posting this because: a) I just love bragging about it, because I had to work I disagree off to get it; b) this is another of my feeble attempts at bringing this section of the Black Haven to some form of life, and; c) I'm feeling a bit down and posting on the Black Haven always cheers me up. ;D It's usually the part where no one replies that gets me down again. ;D I jest.
So yeah, you can try replying to this, I guess. I don't really see anywhere this thread can go...

I just need a CD player, and, truthfully, I'm happy. Except that my CD player and all my CDs except ONE got stolen...Plus my freakishly awesome bag, and my CARMEX! *sniffles* The only reason one of my CDs didn't get stolen is because a friend borrowed it.

Same thing happened to me. Lost about 50 CDs, except for my System of a Down CDs. I had one in my discman, which I didn't lose, and someone was borrowing the other. All my other ones, though? Gone. It was so depressing.
But now I've got my iPod! So it's all good. Plus I've rebuilt my collection from the ground up. Plus all my old CDs are there, in spirit, on my iPod. It rocks.
Oh, plus, fun fact. I tried to make my iPod look exactly like the one in the picture, but it's impossible. Because the song Feel Good Inc. is 3:41 in TOTAL, so there's no way there could still be 1:20 left of the song. I win.
